Each piece is made with care- many are crafted to order. Please allow 2-6 weeks for production and shipping. If you need something by a specific date, contact us- we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We proudly ship worldwide. International shipping rates and times will vary based on destination.

Q: Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Q: What makes your products “heirloom quality”?

We use full-grain leather, solid brass hardware, and the strongest threads available. Every stitch is done with longevity in mind. These pieces are built to last a lifetime- and then some.

Q: Where are your products made?

All our goods are handcrafted in Maine, USA using materials sourced from the finest tanneries, mills and suppliers around the world.

Q: Will the leather change over time?

Yes- and that’s the beauty of it. Our leathers develop a rich patina the more they’re used. They tell the story of your journey, growing better with age.

Q: Do you offer custom bags or garments?

Yes. We welcome collaborations. Whether you want a unique size, detail, or a fully bespoke design, we’re here to make it personal. Contact us to start the conversation.

Q: Can I personalize a gift?

Certainly. We offer monogramming and handwritten notes upon request. Let us know what you have in mind- we’re happy to make it special.

Care & Longevity

Q: How do I care for my leather bag?

A detailed care guide is included with your purchase, but in short: keep it dry, condition it periodically, and treat it with the respect it deserves. We also offer lifetime maintenance- just reach out.

Q: Do you offer repairs?

Yes. We stand by our craftsmanship. If something needs mending- years from now- we’ll make it right. We believe in taking care of what we make.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return polity?

Because most of our pieces are made to order, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If something isn’t right, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll work with you personally to find a solution.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size or style?

If your item is unworn and in original condition, we’ll do our best to accommodate exchanges. Please email us to begin the process.
